Training
The induction program is to ensure that all new employees receive timely and appropriate information, instruction and training to enable them to understand the organizational context of their job.

Prioritizing on the personality development of all its employees, Holool has incorporated some of the world’s best training programs. Holool organizes work shops on The 7 Habits of highly effective people, One Page Management System (OPMS), Six Thinking hats etc for the personality development of its employees.

In order to keep its employees updated in the technology world Holool trains its employees on all the latest technologies. Holool has launched its PSP and TSP Training Program for all its team members. As we define quality to be a way of life, we give extreme importance to the CMMI training.

• PSP - The Personal Software Process SM (PSPSM) provides engineers   with a disciplined personal framework for doing software work.
• TSP - The Team Software Process SM (TSP) guides engineering teams in   developing software intensive products.

Rewards
Motivation is the key factor to the success of the employees which results in organizational growth. Motivation is frequently based on rewards. The Reward system at Holool is consistent, transparent and understood. It is fair and equitable. The rewards can either be in cash or kind.
