Holool's Consulting Model, known as "First Cycle" is an important phase in the customer engagement life cycle. "First Cycle" is a testimony of the collective experience of Holool's consultants who come from various industry verticals and consulting firms.

This purpose or mission should be expressed in the form of a written charter. Our goal here is nothing short of creating more adaptive companies by innovating new business models with our clients that can be more flexible, modular, and intelligently responsive than existing approaches. At the end of this phase we shall achieve the above goals and formulate the path for growth and value for all stakeholders.

Adopt a fly on the wall approach - understand the current scenario by simply watching your processes and documenting them
Documenting the critical issues and its dependencies affecting the entire organization, by understanding the dynamics of the critical business issues in detail

Consulting Process:

1. SIGA (Strategic Information Gathering & Analysis)
During this phase Holool’s consultants gather as much information as possible from the customer in order to understand their unique business position; current and future critical business challenges and their market standing including information on their business partners, vendors, customers etc. The idea is to understand organizational objectives which will help us design and deliver solutions that meet the needs of all their stakeholders.

2. SBSAD
Holool follows a highly interactive process of understanding the needs of our customers in order to recommend an appropriate solution. We assist in evaluating the business strategy and analyze the return on investment for the required solution in order to achieve “superior business results”. Our Project Manager, Senior Consultants and Business Consultants work with the head of the departments and coordinators appointed by the customer to document the requirements for the business solutions. We call this the “Synergy Team”. We also recommend our customers to identify and appoint a “Change Agent” or the “Champion” from their team who will be responsible to coordinate and implement the required solution.

Once the synergy team is formed Holool’s consultants walk through the “Project Process Life Cycle” (PPLC) presentation which highlights the entire interaction process between Holool and the customer. This presentation highlights the various stages involved in the project process life cycle and the roles and responsibilities of each actor involved in this process in order to document, design, develop, and implement the required business solution. The synergy team goes through the following discussions, which could be either through a facilitation process, group discussion or one-on-one session with key members of the organization who would play an important role during the PPLC.
