This privacy statement has been created by Holool in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to data protection and privacy. This commitment as to Holool' activities on the Internet and Intranet is implemented through the Holool Data Protection and Privacy Policy.

Use: The site collects data through a feedback form that allows users to request information about Holool and its products and services, and to provide comments to Holool regarding any subject the user may want to communicate. For this purpose, we request and collect user's contact information, consisting of name and e-mail address. The form also allows a user to provide such other information as he or she may desire to provide such as telephone number. Information so collected is used solely for the purpose of responding to the request of the user.

Users may also incidentally submit to Holool other sensitive personal data -- like political opinions, opinions related to specific employees, or open business proposals. Such unsolicited information is considered non-confidential and nonproprietary.

We may use user IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our servers and administer our Web site, to analyze trends, to track user movement and use, and to gather broad demographic information. Such data is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Users of Holool.com have the option to register personal information for the purposes of establishing themselves as unique users in the Registration environment. For this purpose, we request and collect user's name and email address. The registration form also allows a user to provide such other information that he or she may desire to provide such as company, address and telephone number. Information collected from portal users will be used only by Holool and its direct and wholly owned subsidiaries, and will only be used for data gathering, user validations, analyses and future contact with or by Holool representatives in response to the user's request for product information and so forth. In the Registration environment, users have the option of requesting that their login and password be remembered. If they select this option, a permanent cookie would be placed on their machine for the sole purpose of remembering their password and login information. Each time a user accesses Holool.com, a temporary cookie is also placed on their machine for the sole purpose of synchronizing their my-Holool.com session. This cookie expires upon user logoff. A user can disable cookies through the security function of their browser and still be able to view the site. However, they will not be able to register or customize the site.

Users of Holool.com may participate in discussion boards. Non-registered users are required to provide a name and email address to participate. Registered users are not required to provide additional information beyond that required for registration (see above). If a user discloses personal information in their discussion comments, other visitors to the site may use that information for their own purposes.

Users of Holool.com are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Holool will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or any subpoena, search warrant or court order requesting or directing Holool to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.

Data submitted to the site may be transferred within Holool, including to subsidiaries, strictly in order to fulfill or expedite a user's request. Data submitted to this site will not be shared or sold to any outside parties, unless specifically requested by the user; the only exceptions to this being in response to a court order or other legal obligation. Holool will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or any subpoena, search warrant or court order requesting or directing Holool to disclose the data of anyone posting any such information or materials.

Holool.com links to other outside web sites and Holool.com is not responsible for the privacy practices of these other sites. Users should check their privacy policies (if available) before submitting any personal information since the privacy practices of these other sites may be different from that of Holool.com. In some cases, when a user links to another Web site, the user may still see the Holool logo and template. An easy way to verify this is by checking the location bar within your browser. Users should be aware that any personal information collected is collected by that third party Web site and is governed by that site's policy.

Retention: Data submitted to www.Holool.com through the feedback form will be deleted within 3 months of our fulfillment of the request, unless retained for further mailing or additional follow-up (see Use above). Data submitted through the Registration environment will be maintained as long as the registrant is considered to be an active user.

Correct/Update: Users may change or modify information previously provided to this site through e-mail to info@holool.com

Notification of Changes: In the event of any material changes by Holool to its Holool Privacy and Web Data Protection Policy that may impact the practices described on this Web site, such changes will be prominently posted on this site.
